Here, all paths to parenthood are respected and celebrated.
This includes (but is not limited to): hospital births, home births, birth center births, surgical births, VBACs (vaginal birth after cesarean), HBACs (home birth after cesarean), planned cesareans, the use of pain medication (whether planned or not), all infant feeding and care choices, changing your mind, and asking for what you need.

Birth Doula Care

Welcoming a new baby is a big transition, and you don’t have to do it alone. My role is to walk alongside you—offering steady, nonjudgmental support from pregnancy through postpartum.

Prenatal Preparation

Throughout your pregnancy, we’ll take time to build a relationship rooted in trust and shared understanding. These visits help us tune into your hopes, questions, and values—so I can support you in the ways that matter most.

You’ll receive 1 to 3 prenatal visits (depending on your needs and insurance coverage):

  • Visit 1 – Virtual (Zoom):
A chance to connect and lay the groundwork for support.
(This can be in-person if we’re only doing one visit.)

  • Visit 2 & 3 – In-Person:
We’ll meet in your home to talk through birth preferences, comfort strategies, and how to prepare physically, mentally, and practically for labor and postpartum.

Community Referrals:
Need a pelvic floor therapist, lactation support, or culturally specific resources? I’ll connect you with trusted local providers and services.

Ongoing Support:
I’m available by phone and text throughout your pregnancy for questions, reassurance, or just someone to talk things through.

Labor & Birth Support

When the big day comes, you’ll have continuous support from early labor through birth and the immediate postpartum period.
Whether we’re at your home or the hospital, I’m there to offer:

  • Encouragement and presence

  • Hands-on comfort techniques

  • Help navigating decisions with clear, unbiased information

  • Support for your partner or other loved ones

  • Up to two hours of postpartum care after birth to help you settle in and begin recovery

Postpartum Visit

In the days or weeks after birth, we’ll reconnect in person. This visit is a space to process your birth story, ask questions, and get support as you adjust to life with your new baby.

We’ll focus on you—your healing, your confidence, and how you're feeling emotionally and physically.

Without Insurance

  • $1600-$2000

  • $1000 - Birth Only

Postpartum Support

Postpartum care is available to birth clients on a limited basis, depending on availability.

I offer flexible in-home care designed to ease your transition into life with a new baby.

Each visit is:

  • A 4-hour daytime shift

  • Scheduled 1–2 times per week, Tuesday through Saturday

  • Designed to meet your individual needs in the early weeks postpartum

What’s Included in Each Visit

As your postpartum doula, I provide nurturing, non-medical support within the scope of my practice:

  • Emotional support and a listening ear

  • Help with rest, recovery, and self-care

  • Infant feeding support (with referrals to lactation consultants as needed)

  • Light household tasks (laundry, baby dishes, tidying baby areas)

  • Baby care while parents nap, shower, or eat

  • Evidence-based information and community resources

  • Support with sibling adjustment and partner transitions

A Few Important Notes

  • I do not provide medical care, diagnose conditions, or offer sleep training.
My role is to support your recovery and wellbeing through gentle, evidence-based care.

  • Please schedule your visits within the first 12 weeks postpartum.
This time frame allows us to focus on early healing and adjustment.

  • Occasionally, visits may need to be rescheduled.
As a primary birth doula, I sometimes need to attend a birth on short notice. If this happens, I’ll communicate clearly and reschedule your visit as soon as possible. Thank you for your flexibility — it's part of the unique rhythm of doula care!

Without Insurance

  • $200/visit
