Mental Preparation

Repeat after me:

Birth is safe. I trust myself and my ability to birth. I am loved, supported, and respected. I am the best mother/father for this baby. I am at peace. I can do hard things. Within me are all the answers to what is right for my family. I am where I am supposed to be, with the baby I am supposed to have, doing exactly what I am supposed to do. I cannot make a mistake. I make choices for my birth as the guardian of my baby.
