BIRTH DOULA

Providing Comfort, Emotional Support, and Personalized Guidance for Every Birth

WHAT I BRING

  • A woman with shoulder-length curly brown hair and blue eyes smiling while sitting in a car, wearing a black top and a seatbelt.

    DEDICATION

Dedication my career as a doula. To the relentless pursuit of evidence based education, and the well-being of those who put their trust in me.

  • A mother bear sitting on the forest floor with her cub in her lap, surrounded by greenery and trees.

    SENSITIVITY

Sensitive to your family’s needs, emotionally intelligent and trauma informed.

  • A lioness resting on the grass with a lion cub nuzzling her neck in a green woodland setting.

    STRENGTH

Strength to provide support with endurance and consistency. Fierce when called for.

  • A mother koala hugging her baby in a tree

    ENTHUSIASM

There is no where I would rather be than with you as you prepare for and meet your baby. And it shows.

  • HUMOR

    HUMOR

Having a baby is outrageous, if at any point we need to laugh about it, we’re gonna laugh about it.

MY PHILOSOPHY

Young deer nuzzling a resting deer in a forest with leaf-covered ground

As a parent, you instinctively know what’s best for your family. However, it’s not always easy to communicate your needs to care providers, family members, or even yourself. That’s why you’re here—because you understand the significance of this journey and want the best for your family. Having a consistent, knowledgeable support person with expertise in pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum can make all the difference.

I do not care what kind of birth you have… a home birth, scheduled cesarean, epidural hospital birth, or if you birth alone in the woods next to a baby deer. I care that you are supported in your choices, and that you were respected.”
